State land sales were surveyed and appraised during FY2023. 38 parcels are proposed to be offered for sale in the Nenana Totchaket Agricultural Project, 1 full section parcel is proposed to be offered in the Kobe North Ag Project. All to be offered in the 2024 Agricultural Land Auction, comprising 39 parcels, totaling approximately 4,100 acres.. The Division will work with the Division of Mining Land and Water on the next phase of offerings. The division provides assistance to ag parcel owners with preparation of State Farm Conservation Plans (SFCP) to ensure the appropriate use and conservation of soil and water resources. During FY 2022, 27 new SFCP were Approved by the Director, 5 SFCP updates were approved for existing ag parcels. Target Last Modified: 05/30/2024 |
