Analysis of results and challenges: From FY15 to FY19, there were 33 non-compliances with 26 resolved. From FY15 to FY19, 13 of the 26 non-compliances were violations of a permit issued and the remainder were simply violations. |

Average Days to Complete Permits
Analysis of results and challenges: These statistics indicate that the Fish Habitat and Special Area permits are issued in a timely manner. The increase in days needed to complete special area permits in FY2015 was due to the loss of experienced personnel. |
